Thanks for your interest in becoming a featured Rally Stop and/or Raffle Stop for Route 66 Bike Week (April 26th-30th, 2023). These stops are limited to motorcycle related businesses, dining establishments, bars, tourist attractions and other businesses that pertain to motorcyclists, tourism and Route 66.
Your business or service will be added to our list of official stops, our social media posts, tags, as well as included in our rider registration packets AND added to our online, GPS guided, interactive Rally Map.
As a Rally Stop, we ask that you provide some sort of discount or special offer to the motorcycle riders who stop in to your establishment. This is incentive to drive customers into your place of business. The special offer you provide will also be added to our advertising and all of our Rally materials. A small donation of just $100 is requested to be added as a “Rally Stop”.
As a Raffle Stop, you may or may not offer any additional discounts or offers. Riders from our event will be encouraged to stop into your place of business to fill out a FREE raffle ticket. Your business will put together a raffle prize or basket that is easy to mail (tshirts, etc). At the end of the rally, you simply pick a winner, mail them their winnings. Your participation as a Rally Stop will also be added to our advertising and all of our Rally materials. A small donation of just $100 is requested to be added as a “Raffle Stop”.
Additionally, you may elect to be BOTH a Rally Stop AND a Raffle Stop for even more exposure to Route 66 Bike Week participants via our advertising and marketing materials. For this option, we offer a $50 discount off, and just request a donation of $150.
An OPTIONAL, extra donation of $50 can be added if you would like to receive a Route 66 Bike Week promotional banner to attract even more riders to your location.
